As soon as the company has been incorporated, you’ll be given digital, unbranded versions of the following official documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of Association
• Articles of Association
• Share Certificates
• Statutory Registers with pre-filled initial details

We will also send you the Companies House authentication code.

Yes, when setting up a private company limited by shares, this is the only company formation package currently provided to accountants and professional intermediaries.

Yes. While the Wholesale Package doesn’t include address services, you can easily add both Registered Office and Service Address services at checkout if your client would prefer to use our address.

Non-branded documents are supplied without any mention of Quality Company Formations, including no logos or contact details. This makes them suitable for professional use under your own business name, and ideal if you’re offering company formation services on a white-label basis.

We are required by Anti-Money Laundering Regulations to verify the identity of all customers, directors and PSCs of the companies we incorporate.

Not at all. We communicate solely with you during the formation process.

We will send you personalised non-branded verification links for each director and PSC direct to your email address. You can then forward these on to your clients. Please note each individual will have to complete the verification process themselves.
