As soon as the company has been incorporated, you’ll be given digital, unbranded versions of the following official documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Share Certificates
- Statutory Registers with pre-filled initial details
We will also send you the Companies House authentication code.
Yes, when setting up a private company limited by shares, this is the only company formation package currently provided to accountants and professional intermediaries.
Yes. While the Wholesale Package doesn’t include address services, you can easily add both Registered Office and Service Address services at checkout if your client would prefer to use our address.
Non-branded documents are supplied without any mention of Quality Company Formations, including no logos or contact details. This makes them suitable for professional use under your own business name, and ideal if you’re offering company formation services on a white-label basis.
Most clients complete our automated ID check without issues- approximately 90% pass this stage without needing further action.
If a client doesn't pass the digital check, they can complete verification quickly by uploading ID and address documents via our secure partner app, Credas.

Not at all. We communicate solely with you during the formation process.
In cases where manual identity checks are required, we’ll send you personalised verification links for directors or shareholders. You can then decide whether to complete the ID process on their behalf or forward the login details for them to do it directly.
